Classes are available for all levels up to Advanced Freediver. ( for the advanced class you must have completed either the RAID Freediver course or it’s equivalent with another agency pending approval from the instructor.)
I am based in Traverse City, but can travel based on class size and expenses.

Open Water FreeDiver Course Description
In this course you’ll learn all the skills you need to safely and confidently explore the world underwater on a single breath. Covered is everything from equipment selection to training, rescue techniques, freediving physiology, situational awareness, no-fins and bifins swimming technique, underwater life, and breathing methods that will help safely extend your dive time while enhancing health and well-being. Classes are highly individualized for each student.
Requirements to qualify for the Freediver course:
Swim 200 yards on the surface unaided (any style)
Swim 100 feet (30meters) underwater – any style and fins are fine
